"I wasn't quite sure what Luna Light Healing was all about when Keirstin Proud offered her services after sharing what was going on with the recent "C" news. Keirstin wanted to gift a couple of her sessions (now seeing how invaluable) to me. I had no clue what this all entailed as well as I was a bit of a skeptic of sound bowls and all that mambo jambo.
I've always believed in the power of crystals (I've got quite a collection of stones/crystals) and their healing properties of Reiki. But this was all of THAT on steroids.

The sound bowl experience was amazing. I could feel the vibrations throughout my body during the session as well as throughout the day! Her energy work radiates through her hands as she moves over your body, never touching you the whole time. Keirstin found blockages and aided on releasing these in a soothing calming way. It was magical✨️
